After a 25-year career at Publix Super Markets, where he worked his way up to store manager, Ike Fountain transitioned into real estate and founded E2 Construction LLC, a house-flipping business he has successfully run for the past 14 years. Beyond his business endeavors, Ike has a strong commitment to community service. He served for eight years on the United Way of Central Florida Executive Board and has been a member of the City of Lake Alfred’s Planning and Zoning Board for 25 years. Ike and his wife, a retired special educator, have been married for 35 years. They have four children and six wonderful grandchildren.
Sherri has 23 years of experience in Marketing & Brand Management plus 9 years combined experience in Sales, Resource Development & Education. 6 years in marketing, resource development and strategic planning for United Way of Central Florida and United Way of Hartsville. During this time, her work inspired a stint in teaching social studies in Florida Public Schools. Over the course of her career, Sherri has led notable digital asset strategic marketing development of websites, customer applications, visualizers, and e-commerce platform development. Currently a Marketing Director in the building industry for 10 years, she writes articles for various construction industry magazines and leads the development of all facets of marketing for a number of sales events throughout the year in addition to print and digital content for omni-channel marketing campaigns. Sherri is passionate about architecture and building science as well as making a difference to strengthen communities.
Steve Griffith brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry, having held key positions across hotels, destination management companies, travel agencies, and cruise lines. He spent 10 years as Vice President of Global Accounts at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, where he played a pivotal role in business development and oversaw the hiring and training of numerous hospitality professionals. His career has taken him to more than 50 countries across Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean, giving him a wealth of global experience and industry insight.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steve is dedicated to community service. He serves as an Elder at Grace Lutheran Church and is a board member for Theatre Winter Haven and Meals on Wheels in Winter Haven.
Sheila Dyer has over 38 years of experience in Polk County Public Schools, including 21+ years as an elementary administrator. She began her career teaching students with varying exceptionalities (ESE) at Dixieland and Crystal Lake Elementary, later serving as a staffing specialist, assistant principal, and principal. A dedicated advocate for student achievement and inclusion, she has led school improvement efforts, served on district committees, and earned recognition such as Teacher of the Year and School Turnaround Principal of the Month.
